Healthy Living for Your Brain & Body: Tips from the latest Research

Science is able to provide insights into how to optimize our physical and cognitive health as we age. Learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. Identify the reasons for taking care of yourself as you age, and learn strategies to age well in the areas of cognitive activity, physical health and exercise, diet and nutrition, and social engagement.
