Important Dates

• The deadline to register to vote in the November general election is October 21.
• The deadline to request a mail-in or absentee ballot is October 29.

The 2024 Primary Election takes place on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. The polls will open at 7:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM. Voting will take place in the Studio on the building’s lower level.

There is ample parking for voters around the building. There are handicapped parking spaces near the ramped Studio entrance. Please enter through the ramp door and take the elevator or short flight of stairs down to the Studio.

The Library will be open for its regular 10:00 to 7:00 hours. Stop in and say hello!

The ACFL&MH is serving as a venue on behalf of Allegheny County. We will do our best to make voters’ experiences a pleasant one. However, any questions you have about voting or where to vote should be directed to the Division of Elections, at their website or by calling 412-350-4500.
