Earth Day at the Carnegie Carnegie!

Our Earth Day celebration returns for its fifth year! Join us for a day of all-ages fun and learning with live animal encounters, games and eco-crafts, live music, food, and all kinds of environmental education.
Guests include: Hoshi Hibachi; Rachel Carson Homestead; Mystic Mamas live chickens; Carnegie Shade Tree Commission; Attawheed Islamic Center; a food drive with Salvation Army Chartiers Valley Service Center; Steel City Amateur Radio Club; Carnegie Crafters; singer Jessica Lee; David Brunco offering demos of En-ROADS climate simulator; and more!

- 12:00 PM – Opening bagpipe performance by Matt Taylor
- 12:00 PM – Juggling with Lindsay Surmacz
- 12:30 PM – Storytime with BB the Book Fairy
- 12:30 PM – En-ROADS climate simulator demonstration
- 1:00 PM – “Song of Nature” with Jessica Lee

(We also appreciate donations of clothes hangers. We are unable to accept stained or damaged items, used socks & undergarments, or items covered in pet hair or permeated with odors such as smoke – thank you for your understanding.)
