Carnegie Carnegie Youth Chess Club with Queens Gambit Chess Institute
June 8 @ 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Youth from ages 5 and up are invited to join us at the Carnegie Carnegie for an 8-week Chess Club series, presented by the Queens Gambit Chess Institute.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned chess player, all ability levels are welcome!
Each session will include guided learning with a trained QG coach, as well as open play time. Work on your chess game, build confidence and strategic thinking skills, and enjoy playing with others in a supportive, hands-on environment.
You are not required to attend all 8 sessions. More sessions may be added in the future.
Parents and caregivers are invited to stay and learn alongside their little one. If a grown-up is not staying for the duration of the program, please plan to pick up your child promptly at 6 pm.
