Meditate Together

Come still the waters of your mind in a supportive, friendly group through mindful meditation! Regular meditation has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and to enhance focus and wellbeing.

This group meets in the Lincoln Gallery on the first and third Thursdays of each month, from 2:00-3:00 PM.

PALS Book Club

The PALS Book Club brings senior adults together for lively book discussions. Members meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month, at 1:00 PM. Pick up a copy of this month’s book at the Library’s checkout desk.
