Come still the waters of your mind in a supportive, friendly group through mindful meditation! Regular meditation has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and to enhance focus and wellbeing.
This group meets in the Studio on the first and third Thursdays of each month, from 2:00-3:00 PM. This group is intended for adults, but anyone who can participate is welcome. Registration is not required.
PALS Book Club
The PALS Book Club brings senior adults together for lively book discussions. Members meet on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 1:00 PM, and membership is free. Participants may pick up a copy of the current selection at the library Circulation Desk. Please contact Katie Byerly if you would like to join the group.
