Special Storytime with Author Dylan Weiss

Join us for a special storytime with Author Dylan Weiss (aka Gail Neustadt), as she shares her book Traveling Our Road.  Traveling Our Road is a picture book which gently explores the topics of caregiving, illness, and love.  The story was originally written for the author’s grandchildren to explain what was happening to their grandfather after he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.

Traveling Our Road follows character Dylan and DJ as they travel their “Road” together through his disease and her caregiving.  This story explores these topics sensitively while ending with a new beginning. 

This  program will include a storytelling of the book and a craft! Registration is not required.
