We’ve got an exciting day for the whole family that features a free performance with friends from Pittsburgh Festival Opera. Before and after the performance enjoy family friendly activities in the Library, tour our historic landmark building with special tours of our one-of-a-kind Civil War Room, or help Western Pennsylvania Conservancy prepare Library Park for the Fall weather.
11am-3pm: Family Activities & Tours (Library/Espy Post)
11am-1pm: Garden Grooming with Western PA Conservancy (Library Park)
1:30pm: Pittsburgh Festival Opera Performance (Music Hall)

Anqwenique & friends from Pittsburgh Festival Opera will present a fun short concert of songs for the whole family to enjoy. Music will include opera favorites, fun nursery rhymes, jazz classics and more. Get ready to sing along and share new songs with friends and family.
Run-time: 30 minutes.
Park for free on Main Street and enjoy our complimentary shuttle service.
