Come still the waters of your mind in a supportive, friendly group through mindful meditation! Regular meditation has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and to enhance focus and wellbeing.
This group meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month, from 2:00-3:00 PM.
This group is intended for adults, but anyone who can participate is welcome. Registration is not required.
