Q: What if it rains?
A: If rain is a threat on the day of the performance we will reschedule for Saturday, August 21 at 7pm. We won’t leave you hanging, we will make the weather call no later than 2pm on the day of the show. We will announce the new show time on our website and by email to ticket holders. If we’re doubly unlucky and unable to perform on 8/21, ticket holders may receive a refund or credit toward a future performance.
Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A: If you’re not feeling well, please do not attend. Please call us prior to the event and we will issue you a refund of your ticket. We are unable to offer refunds after the event.
Q: Can I B my OB?
A: We aren’t able to offer complimentary food & beverage for this program, but we invite guests to bring their own. Order takeout from one of Carnegie’s great restaurants or pack a picnic!
Q: If we’re sitting in the parking lot, where do we park?
A: Very limited parking will be available in our parking lot on a first come, first served basis for guests with accessible parking placards. Free parking is available on Beechwood Avenue hill and on Main Street. Out of consideration to our neighbors, we encourage Music Hall patrons not to park in the residential areas of Beechwood Avenue or Home Street.
