Getting Started with Mindful Meditation

Anyone can learn to still the waters of their mind through meditation – and the benefits are worth it! Regular meditation has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and to enhance focus and wellbeing. Join CHILL Community Outreach Specialist Greg Chaffee for an introduction to this ancient discipline. We’ll learn about the history and benefits of meditation, how to get started with your own meditation practice, advice on how to stick with it, and more.
