Fancy Paper Quilling

Come quill with us! We’ll work with some different types of quilling strips to make beautiful flowers and designs. The sky is the limit as you use your imagination to make an initial or a wreath-shape on canvas. All supplies will be provided.
This program will meet in person, in the Library’s Lincoln Gallery. Registration is required.
