Intro to Archaeology, presented by Allegheny County Park Rangers

Join the Allegheny County Park Rangers for a hands-on introduction to archaeology! Learn about what an archaeologist does and how they use artifacts to study the past. What can we learn from the things people leave behind?
This event is a part of our Summer Science Series. Please register for each program separately, as space for each is limited. Please read on for more information before registering:
- Date & time: Wednesday, August 12, 3:30 – 4:30 pm
- Location: in the Studio
- Age limit: must be age 8+ to register
- Event capacity: 20 children. Please register each child individually using this form. Parents & caregivers who wish to stay for the event do not need to register; we will have extra seating available.
- Cancellations: Since registration is limited, if you need to cancel your registration before the day of the event, please reach out to us by phone at (412) 276-3456 so that we may reopen your child’s seat to others on the waitlist.
