The Congruent Self: Community Starts With You, Part 2

Join licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candice Coughenour for this two-part workshop series that explores the concept of congruency: the alignment between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and how it shapes your relationship with yourself and others.

Designed as a reflective and supportive space, this series invites you to explore and reflect on your relationship to yourself and others as you move toward greater clarity, honesty, and alignment in your everyday life. You’ll receive a guided workbook, take-home reflections, and a resource list to support continued growth beyond this workshop.

  • In Part 1 (Wednesday, June 3), we will focus on building awareness of your inner world and identifying where you may feel out of sync.
  • In Part 2 (Wednesday, June 17), we will expand that awareness into relationships, practicing ways to communicate and connect more authentically.
