Tonight: Cape Fear (1962), directed by J. Lee Thompson. Mitchum stars as the psychopathic Max Cady, newly out of prison and determined to take vengeance on the crusading district attorney who convicted him eight years ago. Also starring Gregory Peck and Polly Bergen.
