Studio Jazz Series: Tania & Jeff Grubbs

Tania Grubbs returns to the Carnegie Carnegie for an intimate evening of live jazz in The Studio. Known for her expressive interpretations and original compositions, Tania brings a thoughtful, deeply human approach to the music she performs.

She’ll be joined by a stellar ensemble featuring her husband, Jeff Grubbs, a virtuoso equally at home in the worlds of jazz and classical music. In addition to his dynamic work as a jazz bassist, Jeff is a member of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Rounding out the group are David Throckmorton on drums and Clifford Barnes at the keys.

The evening’s performance will include selections from Tania’s brand-new album, The Sound of Love, which will also be available for purchase at the concert.
