DESCRIPTION:The Andrew Carnegie Free Library & Music Hall presents a public education program on reforming Pennsylvania’s redistricting process. Fair Districts PA speakers Kate Ellison and Sarah Stulga will explain PA’s current redistricting process\, demonstrate how it has undermined democracy\, and then offer a solution to the problem. Kate and Sarah will also discuss legislation\, roadblocks in Harrisburg and Fair Districts PA’s strategy going forward. Ideas for how individuals and organizations can advocate for change will be shared. \n\n\n\nFair Districts PA is a non-partisan coalition of citizens and organizations seeking to reform PA redistricting rules by ensuring that the process is impartial\, transparent\, and accountable. \n\n\n\nRegistration is appreciated\, but walk-ins are welcome.
