DESCRIPTION:Buckle up for a musical journey with Dr. Zoot! This seven-piece band with horns\, keyboard\, drums\, bass\, guitar\, and vocals effortlessly switch gears to play a variety of music styles spanning decades. The band’s distinctive sound maintains its contemporary feel while reaching back across the years to link with the greats who have come before them. Dr. Zoot will put the audience In the Mood (ala The Glenn Miller Orchestra)\, starting with the music of the ’40s with favorites of the era\, such as Frank Sinatra. From the 1940s\, swing into the golden age of rock ‘n’ roll and Motown classics of the 50’s-the ’60s. Dr. Zoot delivers hits by greats from The Temptations to The Beatles. Keep it cool as the band wraps up with music from the 70s\, including Kool & The Gang and more! PARKING: Onsite parking is available on a first-come\, first-served basis. On-street and public lot parking are free on evenings and weekends. Look for the shuttle stop sign at the corner of Pine & East Main across from Carnegie Coffee Company. The yellow school bus will run on a continuous loop beginning at 7:30 pm and will return you to Main Street after the concert.
