DESCRIPTION:The Carnegie Carnegie welcomes the Allegheny County Park Rangers for a meet-and-greet program featuring their Educational Animal Ambassador\, Mr. McSlithers\, an Eastern Black Rat Snake. Learn about him and other snakes that live in our area. \n\n\n\nThis event is the first in our Summer Science Series. DESCRIPTION:Join licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candice Coughenour for this two-part workshop series that explores the concept of congruency: the alignment between your thoughts\, feelings\, and actions\, and how it shapes your relationship with yourself and others. \n\n\n\nDesigned as a reflective and supportive space\, this series invites you to explore and reflect on your relationship to yourself and others as you move toward greater clarity\, honesty\, and alignment in your everyday life. You’ll receive a guided workbook\, take-home reflections\, and a resource list to support continued growth beyond this workshop. \n\n\n\n\nIn Part 1 (Wednesday\, June 3)\, we will focus on building awareness of your inner world and identifying where you may feel out of sync.\n\n\n\nIn Part 2 (Wednesday\, June 17)\, we will expand that awareness into relationships\, practicing ways to communicate and connect more authentically.\n\n\n\n\nBecause space is limited\, registration is required.
