Created with you in mind, the workbook style chapters will help you identify your sleep type and take action to get the sleep you deserve.

Want to bring along your child? Wide Awake book launch party is family-friendly. The Kids PJ Party will feature activities and snacks; plus childcare will be provided by certified Flexable providers for ages 2 and up. Each adult ticket includes (2) two free kids tickets.
